In accordance with Spanish and European Union regulations, the service is provided by:

2. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Lifetime Access to the Fearless Fluency English Community hosted on the Skool platform. By purchasing Lifetime Access, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

The Fearless Fluency English Community is an online English‑learning community that includes:

  • Access to recorded educational videos

  • Written practice activities

  • Community discussions and peer interaction

  • Structured methods and guidance to improve English fluency

Lifetime Access applies only to the Standard Tier plan available on the platform at the time of purchase.

4. Definition of “Lifetime Access”

For the purposes of these Terms, Lifetime Access means:

  • Continuous access to the Standard Tier of the Fearless Fluency English Community

  • Access for the entire operational lifetime of the community

Lifetime Access does NOT mean perpetual access regardless of circumstances.

Lifetime Access remains valid only while:

  • The Fearless Fluency English Community continues to exist, and

  • The provider continues to operate the platform and service

If the community is discontinued, shut down, or permanently closed for any reason, Lifetime Access will automatically terminate.

Reasons for closure may include, but are not limited to:

  • Permanent cessation of business activity

  • Serious illness, incapacity, or death of the provider

  • Technical, legal, or platform‑related limitations

  • Force majeure events (see Section 11)

No refunds or compensation will be due in the event of permanent closure of the community.

5. Scope and Limitations of Access

Lifetime Access includes:

  • Ongoing access to the Standard Tier only

Lifetime Access does not include:

  • Premium tiers or speaking classes

  • One‑to‑one sessions or live instruction with the provider

  • Future paid upgrades, add‑ons, or external services

The provider reserves the right to:

  • Modify, update, or remove content within the Standard Tier

  • Change the structure or features of the community, provided the Standard Tier remains available

6. User Obligations

By joining the community, users agree to:

  • Use the platform respectfully and lawfully

  • Not share login credentials or paid content with third parties

  • Not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce content without written permission

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the Fearless Fluency English Community—including videos, texts, methods, and materials—is the intellectual property of English with Parker, unless otherwise stated.

Users are granted a personal, non‑transferable, non‑commercial licence to access the content for learning purposes only.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law:

  • Users have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract if no digital content has been accessed.

If the user accesses the digital content during this period, they:

  • Explicitly consent to the immediate supply of digital content, and

  • Acknowledge the loss of their right of withdrawal

9. Refund Policy

  • Lifetime Access is a one‑time purchase

  • No refunds are available after access to the digital content has begun

  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time or platform closure

10. Limitation of Liability

The provider does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or fluency results.

The service is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Platform outages or third‑party service failures

  • Loss of access due to community closure

11. Force Majeure

The provider shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Serious illness or incapacity

  • Death

  • Government actions

  • Platform shutdowns

12. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data will be processed in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

  • Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection

Data will be used solely for:

  • Account management

  • Community access

  • Service‑related communication

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing Lifetime Access to the Fearless Fluency English Community, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
